Following extensive user research, BAA unveil the Breakthrough washroom format at Gatwick Airport. We engineered the off-site fabricated washstands, achieving the client's customer-orientated goals such as a hand dryer at each basin and an off-the-floor rack for hand luggage. The Gatwick installation, which also uses our System M toilet cubicle, was manufactured by Grant Westfield and project-managed by Mansells, and the new format will roll out across all BAA's airports. ← Previous story | Next story →
