After graduating from the RCA, Tony ran his own design and manufacturing company before joining international architectural practice DEGW as managing director of their product and graphic design subsidiary, T3. In 1992 he set up Wills Associates Limited. Brian Watson is a graduate engineer and worked in rail transportation design before continuing his studies at the RCA. He worked with Tony at T3 between 1988-1992. As an independent consultant, Brian was part of the Amalgam multi-disciplinary design collective for ten years and established his own studio in 2003. Philip Hall spent ten years as a design engineer in manufacturing industry before turning freelance and continuing his studies at Central St.Martin's. He has worked for companies ranging from a commercial catering equipment manufacturer and a lighting consultancy to landscape architects. We each have our own separate businesses but choose to collaborate on most projects. When necessary, we can expand our team to incorporate other specialist skills and, over the years, have developed long-standing relationships with other highly experienced independent designers.
